Who can join our Affiliate Business Partner program?

STAR welcomes any business that is in an allied field to the real estate industry. Examples of allied businesses include: title companies, banks, mortgage companies, homeowner's insurance, home inspectors, and more. Affiliate membership is not a substitute for REALTOR® membership. Licensed individuals wishing to take advantage of REALTOR® benefits such as Stellar MLS access must apply as a REALTOR® member.

What are the benefits of being an Affiliate?

What is the cost of an Affiliate membership?

Affiliate membership is prorated. For top tier memberships, please email us for availability and pricing. Bronze level pricing is as follows:

Associate Affiliate membership: $50 — Full Year (January – December). There is no proration for Associate Affiliate dues.

How can I get involved with STAR as an Affiliate?

The opportunities for Affiliates to get involved are endless! STAR hosts many educational courses, networking events and member programs that offer you the chance to meet with REALTORS® and grow your business. Affiliates have access to weekly e-mails and the bimonthly STAR publication, which includes all available networking and sponsorship opportunities.

Am I eligible to serve on a STAR committee?

Affiliates are welcome to join STAR's many committees or task forces. Our association has a variety of committees to choose from, such as our Professional Standards Committee, Member Value Committee, or Finance Committee. Each year in the fall, STAR releases a Committee Application to allow members to apply for appointment to committees.
